Well Habit 5 is a series of coaching guidebooks designed for the classroom or home learning. Each one teaches a different skill of wellness using the 5 Step Well Habit model,as well as practical core coaching skills.

‘Well Habit 5 – Learning Boundary Skills’ is a 30 page activity book that guides the learner to: better understanding boundaries, a self-awareness quiz, to answer motivating questions of why change would be valuable, a range of practical options for change and a ‘SMART-ASS’ goal setting framework.
