About the book:
Well Life is a collaboration of Wellschool and Thrive Re Consulting. We are allied health professionals bringing wellness and coaching to people going through health or illness related challenges.
The Well Life Training is grounded in evidence based, psychological and behavioural theories that promote self-awareness, self-determination, individual empowerment, and self-responsibility.
This workbook uses "Well Habit" methodology which integrates a holistic approach to recovery. It is based in a wellness literacy, habit change and coaching approach. Well Habits can lead to improved physical and mental health, a sense of connectedness and meaning. Wellness in the workplace can transform work culture and lives of individuals.
