Well Habit Your Life is a design thinking guide to living well. It takes the big, vague idea of 'wellness' and turns it into something you can actually do, one habit at a time.

The book maps 25 wellbeing skills onto five areas: Body, Safety, Connect, Mind and Shine. You move through them like villages on a mountain, starting with the foundations of a healthy body and building up to gratitude, purpose and creating change in the world. Each skill uses the same five steps, so once you learn the method you can apply it to anything: gather knowledge, build self-awareness, get motivated, explore your options and set a goal you'll actually keep.

Inside you'll find the science made readable, honest reflection prompts, and practical options to try rather than rules to follow. Topics include breathing and sleep, stress and boundaries, trust and intuition, self-regulation and assertiveness, people skills, acceptance, mindfulness, and finding your purpose.

It was created by Eva Migdal, a wellness curriculum designer and coach who developed and lectured in Wellness Coaching at RMIT University. The book was co-designed with more than 200 travelling volunteers from the Ethical Nomad community, which is part of why it feels human rather than clinical.

Use it on your own, with a coach, or as a resource in a classroom or wellbeing program. There's no quick fix here, but there is a clear path to a better you.
